Selenite gets it name from Selene, an ancient Moon goddess.
The Desert Rose helps to protect against harmful radiation from computer and TV screens. Ideally the stone should be positioned a few inches in front of the screen. An energising stone, Selenite can be carried (very carefully!) to lend energy to the body.
White Selenite increases clarity of thought and helps in the digestion and absorption of minerals
