While bathing, visualise yourself as having complete control over your eating habits and eating healthy food in sensible quantities. For best results, repeat each morning (and at night too, if possible). Ideally begin your daily ritual bath two days after the Full Moon and continue until the New Moon. On the last day visualise yourself as you wish to be - slimmer, fitter, attractive and healthy.
